Home Buyer Rebate Program
With our program home buyers can receive up to 50% of the buyer''s broker commission. You can purchase any home on the market. It can be new construction, re-sale, foreclosure or even a short sale.
Here are some examples of the rebate you could receive based on a 3% commission received by the buyer's broker:
- $100,000 home purchase will rebate you up to $1,500.
- $300,000 home purchase will rebate you up to $4,500.
- $500,000 home purchase will rebate you up to $7,500.
- $750,000 home purchase will rebate you up to $11,250.
All you have to do is schedule the showing appointment with our Preferred Broker in the area. If you decide you want to buy the home our Preferred Broker will walk you through the purchase process and to a successful closing. Then you receive your rebate check. It's that simple...
To be eligible for the program you must perform some of the home search duties.
Key Home Buyer duties:
- Sign up for our Hot Property Listing Notification System - See all the new MLS listings as they hit the market.
- Have a high sense of urgency. The good homes go fast.
- Drive-by the homes as soon as you identify the ones you like. Make sure you like the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
- Call our "Home Buyer Hotline" or complete our "Hot Property Showing Request" form. Our Preferred Broker will take it from there.
- Use our Preferred Broker to make the offer.
We feel that if you perform these duties it will save our Preferred Brokers time and you should be compensated for that. Today, most home buyers find their homes on-line anyway, they might as well take it one step further and get paid for it.
In Arizona real estate commission rebates are legal. The Arizona Department of Real Estate allows licensed Real Estate Broker's to share their commission. You can also read about it on the United States Department of Justice website. more info
